When I answered the phone, the message said it was from my medical provider, with a message for, and then no name provided, just a pause. Then it said when, pause, answers the phone press one. So I pressed one. Then it said please enter your medical record number. No I’m not going to do that! When the doctor's office calls, the message says my name.
