I cannot take personal calls at my place of employment. I arranged repayment online and they did not process payment #2. When I checked my account balance it was showing the FULL balance remaining (including the amount that has been paid from payment #1). I received a call from this company, at my work, when I informed them that I am NOT allowed to receive calls at my place of employment. The man raised his voice and claimed that he cannot remove the number until I have paid my bill. I told him I know the law and he is REQUIRED to remove the number if I request it. He proceeded to YELL at me and tell me that he "will not remove any numbers and will continue to call daily until I pay the account". When I told him that he needed to quit yelling at me and there was no excuse for him raising his voice to me, he proceeded to call me very colorful names! I ***g up at this point and REFUSE to speak to them on the phone. (Fortunately the receptionist at my place of employment has****ured me that no further calls will be transferred)DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

"we will just s**** calling you every hour until you get sick of it and just pay even if you are not the one who took the loan" these people should be blocked by phone company or by government.

This company is breaking Colorado Law. They give more than the two consecutive loans allowed by CO Law and continue taking their fees out of your bank account until you close the account. They then proceed to harrass and threaten you with things that are illegal. i.e. saying they will have you thrown in jail for not paying for their illegal loan. I am writing my local and U.S. congressmen to ask they consider making these loans illegal. They are userous and cause people that are in bad financial cir***stances to get into worse financial cir***stances.

United cash loans is doing business illegally under the Oklahoma State feseral guidlines for banking. They have been reported to the FDIC and the FTC. They will try to tell you they are "exempt" from all rules because they are on Indian land in Oklahoma.....not true. In fact it is in the feseral courts right now about their actual status as "payday loan company". It the state of oklahoma they are considered a supervised loan company because of the APR and way they conduct business. They ARE NOT licened to function as such an en***y therefore all of the money they have loaned cannot be collected on. They have been dunned by the OTC for their practices and have been told to Ceases and Dissest all business for one of their other companies (Rio Resources) because they do business under several DBA they are supposed to follow through to all DBA but they won't because they think they can hide behind the skirts of the MIAMI tribe of Oklahoma.
