When I didn’t they called att themselves and got them to put my phone number on their pice of **** TRAC PHONE! I gave my acct number 100 times the ***** Cust service rep went in circles for 30 min “yes sir I will get you a supervisor right away”.. thank you!.. “I just need you to verify the account number” ridiculous
