SAXON Mortgage sold my account to OCWEN, Since they gave me a hard time to find one of their offices in Orlando and learned about them, I went to seek legal services for my way of a loan modification and if could for them to sell account to a CONUS base real mortage comapany or Bank - I'd prefer credit union. OCWEN uses offices in INDIA, charges to many fees, has too many offices which only handle portions of your loan causing haste and stress to mortgage payer.With all this going on, it seems as if a group of people want to steamroll and control others.My hous will go flat before they get the keys and deliver me to the street like a Hobo - ***b!

Sadly, Ocwen will continue to call you EVEN WHEN YOU PAY ON TIME. They will harass you for payments that have already been made. Waste your time explaining the above to them. I just acquired a new cell from Reliance Connect (service thr Verizon),and was issued a new phone number for the phone. I attempted to contact the company making the calls without success to resolve the problems. This was unsuccessful as it's all automated. All these calls are annoying.

If these people are calling every day or more frequent, that is considered harassing phone calls. My daughter is experiencing the same from this number. When she answers, there is ***ody speaking. I told her to call her phone service and report the harassing phone calls. If they do not stop, make a report to the FCC regarding the matter. I had to do that for my cell phone earlier this year. Not the same number calling though. Our phones are on the Do Not Call List, so we don't have a problem with telemarketers. The mortgage company can call, but they cannot harass. Daily or even weekly calls is harassing and inappropriate.

They are not just calling for late payments. They are a loan servicing company meaning that they manage the mtg on your house. Usually they are just calling to verify their records are correct. It is very annoying though. Delist your phone number by giving the number of Coutrywide MTg. Co. :)

When I call them back they answer as Auc****d and are looking for someone who doesn't live here. they are apparently a collection agency or the collection dept. of a mortgage company. I'm guessing at the spelling. It could be aw****d or so****ing similiar.
