No indication as to why they are calling, who I should ask for, what this is about (current account activity, new business wanted, etc). Ridiculous to call and ask for a call and not say why. These people call for Ashley or Richard. **** up on me when I try to explain there is no one of that name at this number. Call back in two seconds and **** up when I try to continue explaination. I have had this phone# 20 years and there has never been an Ashley or Richard connected to it. I just received a call from them. I did just refinance our car through them, and everything was legit, however the first thing they asked me was for my social security number. I can tell it was them based on the information they gave me, but I refused to give them my personal information since it was an incoming call. She then replied, "Well, I can't give you any account information since you won't verify yourself". My reply was, "Well, I didn't call you, so I'm not requesting information!"Ridiculous.

I have been avoiding answering it, since i didn't recognize the name, or if i do pick up, i'll say " sorry, he's not in right now."i see here it is a wachovia dealer services number and that makes sense, since i just bought a car from a dealer and the finance co. was "wachovia dealer financial services".
