I just got my new number on the Feb 18th. Since then, pretty much the second the phone turned on, Ive been getting collection calls for someone who no longer has this number. I was in telesales previously so I politely told the rep that this was no longer that persons number and to put me on the do not call list. NOW i know they have 24-48 hours to remove me and today is the 22nd which is a SUNDAY and I received 2 calls today! The rep told me today that my number was qued yes****ay to be taken out, but this is not correct. I have call records of them contacting me since the day my phone was turned on, and I am POSITIVE - for sure- that I asked to be put on the do not call list on the 18th. I was nice, then I was angry, and Now I am ****ed. Quit calling me!

They will call several times a day within minute or a half hour of each other sometimes not stating who they are on the answering ma****e, other times on the ma****e just going*****o,*****o,*****o,*****o or saying this is Joe please call me regrading a legal matter. Too bad they are calling people who have no account with them and even though they've been told this time and time a***n still persist in calling every number they can find with you name on it if it's close to someone with an account with them. Dont waste time trying to tell them whats what just call an attorney and end it quickly or they'll drive you insane with their phone calls.

These people called my roommate's cell phone looking for me, which is weird to begin with, why wouldn't they just call me? Anyway, they left a number for me to call back, and when I dialed it they tried to get me to give them my social security number to access my "account" information. I don't have, nor have I ever had, an account with these people. There is so****ing very off here, it's almost like they're trying to steal personal info. Very shady.

Sorry forgot to put the company name in my last post. They were told over and over they had the wrong person and sent certified mail and they just can't get a clue.
