Recieved a call to lower my interest rate on a Chase card (at first it was a Citibank card). Told telelmarketer that I did not have a card from Chase. Gave me balance info, told me that it was last used a couple of days ago at a hotel and told me it was billing to a PO Box in ***ndon, Ohio. They were also able to tell me the last 4 digits of the ficticious account. the number they gave me to call and investigate the issue was 1-800-256-9562.
