Our company received a check this morning with this number attached. The check was immediately su****ious becuase it was printed on plain copy paper. Thankfully, other people looked the phone number on it, too, to confirm that it was obviously a scam that's been going for years. Don't ever cash a check if it isn't from a person or business that you're familiar with.
