Toll Free call answered several times sounded like a automatic caller and someone would pick up and s**** trying to s**** a conversation. told them were on do not call registry but keeps calling back.

Someonne from this number has called me twice looking for the same person. The first time I talked to them, I told them that I was not the person they were calling for and they had the wrong number. I also told them not to call back. Well a couple weeks later they called back and asked for the same person and i told them a***n!!! They wouldnt even tell me where they were calling from. They need to stop calling my phone unless they would like to pay my phone bill for using my minutes!!!

They keep calling my home no matter how many times i tell them i don't know the person they are looking for. Today they told me it has not been them that keeps calling me,that this is thier first time calling. Funny that I have them on my caller ID and have spoke to someone from this number about 5 times this week. They also refuse to tell me how they recieved my number in the first place. If this does not stop i will be forced to take futher action a***nst this company.

This call keeps coming and all it shows is toll free svc on caller Id.I suspect its due to an medical bill which Iam paying on but their wanting all at once,which is impossible to do!

This company is calling me almost daily even though they have been told I am out of work and trying to get SSI and have no way to pay them while I recover from surgery. They s****ed around Christmas of 2007, called the day before and after and multiple times during the holidays and continue to call even though they are perfectly aware they are not going to get a dime out of me. One of their operators rudely told me to borrow money to pay them after I said I had to borrow money just to get food. I am willing to pay off my debts as I have in the past, when I am able but they hound me even knowing I cannot do anything. They are making my recovery harder due to stress. In the last year I had a cardiac event, thyroid storms, surgery, 2 biopsies, a tumor removed and I still face another procedure, but they hound me even knowing all of this. They think it is better for me to starve and not get fixed and to pay them when I have nothing. On principle, they will be the last people I pay a single dime when I am on my feet a***n. They can ***** my credit...I don't care anymore because they have made my health worse and caused me to have so much stress my liver enzymes **** up with no known cause, leaving stress as the culprit.

They call my cell phone several times a day. They will not leave a voicemail. When I call back the number they say John Berry &****ociates and then put me on hold. I'll sit for about 3 min and **** up. I do not have time to sit on the phone waiting so they can either leave me a message and what this call pretains to or they will not get me, period.
