Cowardly Caller! Never leaves message. Calls at bedtime. Other people report this is NPAS, a medical credit collection operation working out of Georgia, USA and Mumbai, India. Others report that these calls are for HCA hospitals and clinics. I don't knos because they NEVEr LEAVE A ****** MESSAGE! Wonder if they troll these sites?
