Delta crooks. Had to cancel flight due to medical emergency. Their insurance denied the claim on a ridiculously administrative ruling, no doctors involved . Cost me $250 to c****e it, then they added a stop on my outward bound flight (2 total). I am disabled, and going up and down 3 times plus running to flights with 30 minutes connection may not be enough for me or my bags to make connections. Almost out of choices for airlines.

I got called by this number on my cell, didn't answer. I called the number back from a blocked land line and it went to Delta but they wanted my frequent flying number and I wouldn't give it to them. I have no current flights with Delta until about six weeks from now. The flights I had were booked through Orbitz, though and they're supposed to text me if there's a c****e in schedule... Then when I stayed on the line and I answered "I don't know" to every question, the auto-answer said all their reps were busy and they booted me off. Betcha it's some kind of advertising blitz but it cheeses me up because I don't like advertisers calling my cell phone!!! It's bad enough they call my home number.

I called this number myself. It is supposed to be a toll free number to Delta Airlines for help when making flight reservations online from their website. I had no idea they would put a charge on my cell phone bill when I called them. After all, the number is an "800" number. In addition, they also charged my debit card a $20 charge for helping me with the reservation. They also did not tell me about that charge. I just found it in my debit card statement. After a return phone call and a pretty heated conversation, they agreed to, and did, put the ******ck into my checking account. Now I find this $15.75 charge on my cell phone bill. This is stealing. Apparently the folks at Delta are crooks. They are about to hear from me a***n. The last time I checked, stealing was a***nst the law.
