This is a Bank....one I've never heard of "Snychrity"? They call EVERY day. The leave Robo messages about trying to collect a dept. Ask you to call back. Always put you on hold for a long time if you do. The thing is, I don't own anyone any money. My car is paid off and so is my home. How can I get them to stop calling me?

They call every 5 days claiming they are Synchrony and trying to set up payments for some dental work. I don't know whether to believe they are a bill collector or a scam. I have been scammed in the past and don't need to be scammed ever a***n. Help!

5/18 between 8:04 and 8:22 2 calls and ****ups. 2nd call asked to speak with me, I said ok, he immediately ****s up.

I just received a call from the same number (8002133798), ans the call and no one was there. Called the number and first received no connection, The second time I called: 1- Auto system reading off the last 4 of a card I do not have then if this is not your cad dial in your entire account number s****ing the message of card services a- I have my Caller id completely restricted where they could not have accessed my account from the number calling in "thought.....thats odd" 2- Received a guy on the line a- Phone line has poor reception during intro (did not hear name or company name) b- When the rep was clear, he stated Cap one, and discover. I do have both but I pay both E.O.M in full with a 0 balance c- When prompted for info from him name, co, rep id etc, received a poor connection a***n d- When line was clear, the person attempted to phish info from me. 3- Disco call 4- Called Cap one direct a- Card Services is a outsourced C/S service that Cap One deals with b- UNABLE TO CONFIRM NUMBER NOR WITH THEM AND MOST DATA BASES (WORK TOOLS (I am a voip NOC tech) CAP ONE UNABLE TO CONFIRM, GOOGLE, FORUMS) I USED IT LOOKS, SMELLS, and SOUNDS like a complete scam phishing for personal information and C.C. info EMPLOYEE NUMBER=R01939 LAST 4 DIG'S OF MY APPARENT ACT NUMBER 1939 (NUMBERS IN THE REP NUMBER) NAME OF REP=RONALD AS PER CAP ONE: NOT ONE OF THEIRS AND THEY GO BY 3 LETTERS AND 3 NUMBERS EX=RON123

SCAM CALLS~! Have received repeated call from this number with no identification showing on my caller ID. IT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM trying to obtain your credit card numbers!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO AND DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL. These people are identifying themselves as reps from every major credit card company there is and you will get a robo-voice asking you to enter your entire card numbers!!!! REPORT THIS TO YOUR LOCAL BBB AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IT~~~

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I called the number back, they identified themselves as Capital One. They asked for my cap 1 account number. When I wouldn't give that they asked for my phone number, I wouldn't give that. When asked, they couldn't give a reason why they were calling me. I called the number on the back of my capital 1 card. Capital One has no record of this number****ociated with their company. The agent I spoke with at Cap 1 said if they call a***n, ask for an agent number and then call the number on the back of my card to verify.

My bill is being taken care of by another company! Stop calling!!!

I have a phone not being used, was an old dumb phone :-) of my daughters til her mom upgraded her to a smart phone. So ***ody from any company other than Verizon knows that this phone number exists nor have I ever used the phone and my daughter only calls two friends and family. So why the heck do these idiots keep calling this number and no voicemail left. I just turned of the speaker and let the idiots call...LOL
