You must give them your phone number, social security number, home address and place of employment when they call or you can be arrested.

Ditto. This seems to be a second agency related to bad debts (medical I think) I have not spoken to a person here yet, but another agency (Professional Collection Systems, Maitland, Fl) has called for months trying to reach Domingo Santiago or George Perez. Two people unknown to me and never available at my number. They have been told repeatedly to stop calling, reported to DonotCall.gov many times, and the FTC twice. I am currently filing a complaint with the Florida attorney general's office.PS: I have no medical debts!

Brenda Taylor from this agency called me at 10:29 am on Sa****ay, during the Memorial Day Weekend. Neither she nor the company have any reason to try to collect a debt from me and I am positive they used some sort of skip tracing tool to try locate someone else but are using old and outdated information. However, that does me no good to receive a voice mail message from someone with a threatening tone, over a long weekend, where I am unable to find out the facts and resolve. Now I have to wait until Tuesday and suffer the inconvenience of trying to track this down using my time and energy when it is their error.

Have been receiving collections for so****ing that I did not order or receive. Having gotten calls telling me to hold for next available customer service person. I have contacted them regarding. I see this as a form of harrassment and have indicated to them that I will contact a lawyer should they continue to contact me.

I get called all hours of the night and day. They claim you can press "1" and speak to a person immediately, but that's never worked for me. I press the number and music comes on and then it goes off after about 30 seconds. I never get a person to talk to. The voicemail (when they leave one) is a male voice requesting you either hit 1 for an attendant or call back at this number. The last phone call I got was on my cell at 2:29am today (Feb. 9)!

Numerous calls from a debt collector. We do not owe a debt & should not be receiving calls. We told them we were on the do not call list and they stated that our name or # was not in their data base but we are still receiving calls which is very f****rating.

I have received calls from this number at least once a week for the past several months. There is no reason for a debt collector to call me as neither I or my spouse have been in debt for many years.
