Very bad service, there is never any body that you can talk to, after entering your social security and date of birth you are directed to **** up and call a***n or to fill online I will not fill a application on line as indicated in the call because their web side may not be fully secure, Few years ago when I was direct by the same agency to fill an application on line, my information was stolen and the little money I had in the bank stolen, because you need to enter a bank account in there too. Also somebody use my social security number to obtain a job in other state using my name. I am not going to take the risk a***n on using their probably unsecure web site and enter my personal information. They really don't care in there. I have been unemployed for 3 weeks and it is almost impossible to obtain correct and secure guidance and information on how to obtain my benefits. My medical bills will probably be sent to collections because so****ing is not going to be pay this month in order to cover for food and shelter. But as I say before they don't care, and don't batter entering a comment in their complains web site, it will not let you an less you provided your e-mail address and give them at list one star of approval.
