I received a email that Microsoft charged me $ 530.30. I oder for refund had to dwnld a app. James and Ma5k (supervisor) look me out of my computer. Saying I was credited over $1400. Due to me not going online banking. Mark said I owed them the $$. Corrected himself saying Microsoft. I unplugged my monitor and computer when I saw they were trying to find my camera. My monitor has no camara. Then they pulled up Microsoft 11 , began to type. I deleted the info. Told Mark you said you DID NOT have access to my monitor. "You LIED" HE THAN SAID YOU OWE $1400. "SO YES WE HAVE ACCESS YOU ATE LOCKED OUT. UNTIL YOU PAY" THEY DID NOT GET WHAT THEY WANTED$$$$$. BEWARE. THEY EVEN SAID THE WERE BBB ACCREDITED.
