It****ured me that she was a lawyer****ociated with this claim. People please be careful. Keep detailed notes and do not fall for anything that sounds su****ious. There are some people out here that are not forthcoming, and want to engage in fraudulent activities.If you are not careful you will fall victim to iden***y thief.

I s****ed receiving phone calls from this no. on 3-21-11 first at my home, then to my place of emloyment, which ended up costing me my job, after the person identified themselve as Danny Smith with the miami dept of crime prevention involving major legal issues, that my employor wanted nothing to do with. not to return until the matter was taken care of. after looking into the information i had at hand. The man going by the name danny smith of indian decent, was a fake name for one, then it was not the dept of miami's crime prevention that was calling, but a collection co. ( A PAYDAY LOAN ADVANCE MATTER) who's true name is GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES, INC. IN MIAMI FL, ON University Park & Sunset. For one info yourself with as much info as possible and most of all report this comp. to the authorities.

I'm an on-site Property Manager - Today I've been receiving calls from this number - every time I answer " its a dead silence" but when it goes to vioce mail "its a ****ess man asking for a ****** ****** I can't give out resident information - due to the privacy act that landlords have. Legaly - It's not allowed for a collector to leave a full lengthy meassage demanding payment with threats. But they can say " this message is being recorded and for purposes of collecting a dept. please call (*** )*** ****. if you continue to get the calls then report it to the FCC ( Federal Communications Commisson at 1 866-418-0232. or file a report; and report this number 1 786-533-3031 " it's time we all fight back"

What a bunch of malrkey. Some guy with an east Indian accent calles and says his name is Mark and I'm a suspect and a case is being filed a***nst me... that hes with a Jackson's Law Firm... What a Crock. Told him, "Really? here is the number to the P***nix Police Department - Criminal Investigations unit, call them and if any BS you are telling me is real, they will send an officer to visit me...." two weeks later and not a word. I even called Phx PD and filed a harrassment complaint a***nst this SOB. He wants a piece of me, he better be parpared to back up this lame**** story with some kind of proof.

I have been receiving these calls as well on 8/13/11. You try to call the number back and the number is not valid.
