This is a scam number used by someone claiming to be US Diplomat James Lucas, scamming with someone claiming to be General James ****inson. It’s also listed as a number for FastUp Delivery and as well, a fake number for the General. He’s scammed me out of $70,000 and OSS still trying to get an additional $300,000!!! He’s a total lying scammer!
