It is "Contact America" and I called them back, blessed them out twice...no humans answer, just ma****es, but BOY did I leave messages! It is in Fort Hays, Kansas. I suspect Fort Hays University somehow involved, maybe someone got hold of their student emergency phone numbers?

Phone rang at 3:16 pm ... caller ID displayed "Unknown Name" Because I want details to report calls to FTC, I said*****o .... got dead silence, then clicks ... then dial tone. Apparently caller ***g up when I refused to entertain them but waited instead. Call rec'd on landline.
