It's believing to be a scam as this guy changed his picture on the message when i told i didn't recognize him. He had already tried to steal me money by a dating site. It's a dangerous guy. He had used pictures of another guy to make me believe in him. Today, after a few months, he tried to take contact with me again with this new number and a new photo that he has changed as soon as i told that i didn't recognize him.
This number is associated with a fraudulent. They represent themselves as agents they are not. They have a great deal of information that is personal and this person must work internally with Telus. I tried to get a hold of Telus fraud, there is no help! I am astounded that Telus would not care of internal security breach.
random text acting like they knew me. But I don’t know nanny e from BC and wouldn’t give their name and couldn’t tell me mine but said they knew me and had my number saved. I phishing if you ask me. scammer. I called the number and got a generic voicemail. but no answer despite just texting me.
This person said their name was Anna and asked me why dont I remeber her from 2020 when I shared a face mask. Its now 2025 and I share often. The fact that this person implied that I should remeber and its 5 years later. Scam highly likely and blocked.
This person was wanting to know when the SXSW festival starts. I text back wrong person. They apologized, but they said maybe we can be friends since I text the wrong number. Had these before I have had these texts before and they are just fishing for information.
