Mr Landers was rude, obnoxious and while I was trying to explain accused me of interrupting him and continued to cut me off throughout the call. When I advised I was going to contact the BBB he said good and I'll replay this message for them so that they can hear you interrupting me. Long story short...he never listened and I still am not the person they were calling and I just wanted someone to hear me out, understand they were costing me minutes and money on our cell phone and all would have been well. Frustrating!!! If this is truly the way that debt collectors are allowed to operate then we need c****e!
