Calls to say he is offering lower rates of 3%-0. That he is from card number services for VISA and MasterCard. But that is not what shows up on the phone or the number that is above (773-906-3323) which is what I asked him to give me to return the call. He was asking for credit card numbers which I am not going to call back and give him.
