Received call from 770-980-4052 without leaving a message.  Caller ID showed only as Atlanta Ga.  More than likely solicitation calls.  Numbers are registered with the Do Not Call List.  What is this all about?

I had weird phone call this morning 1/21/10 @ 8am. Caller id said it was Rainbow Marketing lady on phone never stated her name said she was from Wellness center and immediately s****ed asking how I was feeling today. I immediately knew this was a BS phone call because the number on the caller id was from out of state (1-770-980-1614). I asked her why she wanted to know. And she said she knew that I was injured in an auto accident and wanted to know if I was OK. Once a***n I asked her who she was and who she was affiliated with and all she said was she was with the wellness center. So I ask if she was affiliated with my doctor’s office or the hospital. She said no she was with the wellness center. I asked her how she got my information, she said from an accident report. I told her she would have to talk to my attorney at this point. She said ok and wanted to know his name and phone #. I said is that information not in the report she was reading also. She said no so I told her my attorney name but not the phone #. She once asked a***n for his phone# and I told her to look it up. She then ***g up on me. I did a lot of research on this phone # and company and am pretty sure it came from a state farm insurance office In Marietta, GA. I finally traced to an address in Marietta Ga 2740 Windy Hill Road Southeast Marietta GA 30067-8613. It is totally amazing to me of how many different businesses are also listed at this address. One in particular is (Kevin Woodard) the same that is listed in many other of the complaints listed on this web site. Please see web link below. Then I had the bright idea to search to see if there were any State Farm Insurance Agencies in the vicinity. Guess What? Because the person that injured me was also insured with State Farm. I really think this is just an ill attempt by State Farm to try and get you to say so****ing over the phone that will release them from your case. If it is not illegal it should be. Dont talk to Leah or Tonya or anyone from this area code!  All of them work with the insurance companies to ensure that you do not get a fair settlement.  They work with Chiropractors all over the US and these doctors will see you and tell you there is nothing really that wrong with you, just a litle misalignments here and there but no real damage.   Then when you settle, the insurance gives you such a low settlement based on the information these doctors are giving them.  I know of several people who went to the doctor in our area who work with the insurance company that were in severe pain and were told there was nothing wrong with them......Well I sent one friend to my doctor and she had two ruptured discs and a fractured arm.  The Chiropractor she was sent to by Leah NEVER took and xray on her arm.  When you get a call from these people DONT go where they tell you too.  There really might be so****ing way wrong with you and they would NEVER tell you.  The insurance companies will find any way NOT to pay claims, and its really getting harder for anyone who really is hurt to get a settlement because of all the fraudulent claims out there!  If you do some research its very interesting how this "Wellness Center" is located on insurance row in Atlanta, GA. ;right next to STATE FARM!  Check out the other numbers that call people like you and see what every one has found out so far, very interesting!  Here are the other numbers, 770-980-1288(Ryan)and (Tonya), 770-980-0982(Dee Weaver)and (Leah),770-980-1186(Presley), 770-980-0553(Miss Jones), and they always leave an 1-800-324-0704 number to call them back.  I have done alot of research and they have been sent to court several times for this harasment and fraud.  They even go as far as saying they are the insurance company and they will not pay your claims if you do not go to the doctor they send you too.  Very scary stuff, do your homework, and always ask your friends and family who they see and who they know is a good reputable doctor.  Stay away from the NEW doctors in town until you know they are going to take care of you the patient not the insurance company.  Feel free to email me at hspiess***[email protected] if you have any questions, we all should get together and make this stop!

I have several patients who have been called non-stop for day by this company out of Atlanta Georgia.  They have claimed to be the insurance company, the adjusters on the patients case, and even have gone far as telling the patients they do not pay for claims if they continue to treat with the doctors they are seeing.  They also tell the patients that they only work with one particular doctor in our area of Fort Smith Arkansas.  When we called the doctor who hired this company, River Valley Back and Neck, the Doctor and staff refused to give any information to why these people are calling my patients.  I am all for a good health compe***ion, however; when they lie to get the patients to quit treatment by scaring them to treat with a doctor they are unfamilar with than they have crossed the line.  If you recieve calls from a company that lies and tells you to quit going to the doctor you are ****ing or tells you they with not pay claims if you dont see this other doctor they work with you should call the attourney general in your area and file a complaint of fraud a***nst the person who called you and give all detailed information, phone numbers, clinic they want to schedule you with and there name.  This harassment must stop!Philip E. Same guy "Jose" called me about my accident.  When I called the number later, it was a VM answering ma****e for "Juan".  There is no police report yet and I am 100% sure that my name and personal cellphone number did not go out over dispatch or the police radio, so it's clear that "Jose" got the information from this insurance company I'd filed the claim with 3.5 hours before - Affirmative (Advance Insurance Group).  I just filed a complaint with the Texas Board of Insurance - hopefully they will s**** fining people who are selling our personal private information.  I find it completely unacceptable.

This hapened to me as well after a recent accident. I recevied a call from this same number but the person identified herself as Dee Weaver with the Doctors Wellness Center. I called the Attorney Generals Office and they told me that this is an old tactic to facillitate a fishing scheme. Seems they police report is public record and these companys will buy it and then use the information to do what ever it is they do. They advised me not to return their calls anymore or if you have caller id to ignoe the call. Eventually it will stop.

I was involved in an accident when I hit a car that pulled out in front of me attempting to make a left onto O st. This was on Sa****ay. Today I have received two calls from chiropractor telemarketers attempting to trick me into thinking they are legally involved in the case so I'll make an appointment and they can bill the insurance companies. I also was recently rear-ended in an accident. Now I am getting phone calls from a "Mrs. Reyes" with the Welness Center.  Her phone number is 770-980-1614.  I found this thread before calling her back, and when I verified that she was with this wellness group, I told her that I had done some research on the internet and that she need not ever call my number a***n.  If they do call, I will report it to the Attorney General's office.

There was an accident. Your son didn't tell you bc he also got arrested for ***** driving and possession of a controlled substance. I had the ENTIRE police report. The reasons for your son denying the whole incident are obvious. And that silly "prank" you pulled goes to show how much of a s***bag you really are and how ****** you think people are. First I have no "son", secondly.. I don't get personal calls on my workline... hahahaha *******!

I got the same kind of crazy phone calls. Linda called from the "Wellness Center" and said that she would set me up with a local chiropractor. I asked her how she got my # and she said that it was public information from my accident? I do not have State Farm Insurance and neither does the other guy. I have gotten a bunch of calls from different numbers all with the same "sound"770-980-1288 866-859-0870

I too was rear-ended on Dec 9, 2010 . I have received a call from Leah "wellness center" in Atlanta.  Asking how I was and  that if I had any problems they have a doctor that I can go to without cost to me. I am suppose to be giving her a call by the end of the week. (1 800 258 7431)  I am also in Ohio.

Thanks to all for posting here.  I hit a deer Monday morning, and had this caller on my voicemail Wednesday afternoon.  Thanks to these posts I know not to talk to these people.Oops, as I typed that sentence, they called me a***n.  I asked who asked them to contact me, and got a big old run-around.  Told them not to call a***n.
