The lady called and said she is responding to a 911 call I made from my phone. She stated she is calling from an 'admin' line and was speaking in an authoritative voice. I checked my phone logs and didn't see any outgoing calls. She kept asking for my name and address though I said I don't have any emergencies. She ***g up when I said I am going to call back 911 and respond there.
