An officer call our home asking to speak with Mr. head-of-household (HOH). Mr. HOH was not available. The officer said it was VERY IMPORTANT that Mr. HOH call him back immediately. I asked a***n who was calling, he asked me if I was Mrs. HOH. I said yes. He said "Oh" there's no emergency, just wanted to inform him about the "shop with cops" yada yada yada..... It as a solicitation for donation. NOT AN EMERGENCY. Very misleading. It would have scared my children if they had answered the phone. I asked for his name two more times, he never gave it to me, just kept rambling.
