I suspect they are trying to record you saying "YES", and may try to use that recording to act as if they have your permission to sign you up for so****ing. If thesis the case, this would be ILLEGAL. Called my cell at 4:43 pm. Not recognizing the number, I didn't answer and let it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message. After reading the comments below I have added the number to my auto reject list.
