He just said he was from US Customs and Border Patrol. He hung up after I answered him. I believe it was because my voice did not register as the type of person (very old) that scam callers normally go for.

This man fraudulently represented himself as an Amazon employee from the billing department. He sent an email to my mother-in-law leading her and confusing her. He got he believing Amazon was fixing fraudulent charges when in fact he was creating them from 1 credit card he had.
