Robo calls several times a day from Jay Seculo. **** up and I have already used all my 25 call blocks. They need to have a program where there are at least twice as much call blocks allowed. Collection agency, Portfolio Recovery in Norfolk, VA. www.portfoliorecovery.com Calls people repeatedly on debt already paid, old debt that has been charged off and is no longer on an individuals credit report, as well as calling wrong numbers and refusing to believe they have the wrong person on the line. This company is trained to threaten people with law suits (a***nst the law for collection agencies), curse at callers (also a***nst rules and regulations for collection agencies), and generally harass people in any way possible to convince people to give up their money. They do not care if you do not owe whatever debts they are trying to collect, they will just repeat themselves like a broken record and try to scam your money from you. I have received several calls from this company, demanding my social security number and date of birth. I am not sure if this is a fund raiser or outreach type of company. I mentioned that I am not interested, as I only donate to humane programs for dogs. They said they would stop over at my house and take my dogs if I don't give them money. I am really scared of these people. My neighbor is a Police Officer and he indicated that one should never give out personal information or bank account information out over the phone. He will keep watch to make sure no one takes my dogs away.

This is yet another bottom feeding company that buys statute expired debt and using borderline illegal tactics tries to collect 10 to 20 cents on the dollar. Of course once they collect anything, the Statute date resets to day 1 and they come after the rest using the courts. So either block their number or ignore them.

A "Collection Agency". I don't have any over due debts or debts that have gone to a collection agency. They have no reason to call me and refused to tell me why they were calling unless I gave them my name. DO NOT give them any information.

Spam. No message. I resolved the issue with these guys (person they want is not here) and they still keep calling. They are explicitly illegal and they mess up my phone use. Amounts to a DNS attack, and they should be stopped.
