pay day loan taken out over 20 years ago. advised the corporate office is ez money but could not give a name of the payday loan place. asked if i had ever taken out a loan in my life so i had to have done this. had all my info. threating me to freeze my account for the money. person would not provide any info but just saying she is doing her JOB and trying to keep me from being sued.

Same text msg as above. Said had 2 complaints - defrauding a financial ins***ution and passing a fraudulent check, said I had provided current pay stubs from employer for payday loan in 2016 except I left that employer in 2012. Closed bank acct they said i passed bad check on in 2012 also. They also texted my adult kids/family members. When I told the guy I knew it was a scam he ***g up on me.

Claimed I took out a pay day loan from EZcorp in a state that I haven’t lived in for 11 years and never paid it back. I asked for more information on when and who I was alleged to have borrowed from and they refused to give me anything. Said I must pay before the end of the call or they will pursue legal action with two criminal charges. They did have my personal information.

DNR Received the text msg above with my husband's name on it. Obviously a scam as it is the exact same msg others have reported with their own names attached to it. Plus why would anything pertaining to my husband come to my phone number?

They keep calling from different phones numbers and even calling my daughter asking if she knows me .

Said my name a name I haven’t used in year’s….important matter saying I took out a loan which I have never have wouldn’t give me the name of the company. Said a bank I never used and now saying they taking me to court where I live now and not where I got the said loan
