My mom answered a call from this number. It was in spanish, they said that she won $1000 from suntrust and a cruise. They asked her if her debit card s****ed with 4011 which it did ( all suntrust card holders s**** with this same number) then they said they will deposit her $1000 dollars in her account but in order to verify her they need her to give the complete debit card number... wow really scary, thank god i work for ATM/Debit fraud department for a bank and have taught my mom better than to give out her card number. She also mentioned that there was backround noise not of an office but someone's home. I called back the number also says it is disconnected. FYI... never give anyone including your bank any account/card information unless you initiate the call. If you believe it is truly your bank calling, ask the person for the department they are calling from, **** up and call the number on back of your debit card or off your statement. Hope this helps!
