The real phone number belongs to a nurse with Humana that makes sure you have everything you need after leaving the hospital and that PT, meals, medicines, Doctors visits are all lined up and in order. She makes sure you are well cared for, what a blessing.

Humana calls then refuses to discuss with me as medical power of attorney for man with dementia, diabetes and other ailments. I have a notarized power of attorney on file and re-verify each time they call. Customer service can SEE the power of attorney but these people are not able to USE THEIR SYSTEM PROPERLY and are just annoying me. I may drop HUMANA

They call me at 1:42 A.M. in the morning! Please, Do not call me in the morning! That call came from Humana Health service.
