They got my answering ma****e and they said to call back immediately so they could get this cleared up

This is a scam. ***ody is going to call to tell you that you are being served. The callers doesn't identify who they are or what company they are from. Do not call them back. They sound intimidating because they know it will scare you into calling them. They called my 83 year old ***her. Warn your loved ones, especially the elderly, that this is a scam and DO NOT call them back!

She said failure to appear to court and I have 24 hours to contact 725-234-9466 and gave a case number! I asked summoned for what, she said I don’t know due to privacy matters! I said yea ok why would I be summoned to court with a number in Vegas and I’ve Never been to Vegas lol and I live way on the east coast and she ***g up

They called my wife said if I did not call in 1 hour I would get a warrant for my arrest, I have don’t nothing wrong and have no civil cases like owing money or disposing land, called the number 10 mins after being asked no answer called 3 times. Looked the number up and no law firm piped up but this site did, what a scam.

She said she was a processor and had a fax to deliver do***ents to me on my job on Sa****ay. She said my name and said I had been notified. She also said the plaintiff was at this number. I feel it's a scam. I called the number but could only leave a voicemail. It asked me to leave information. I feel it's a scam.

message identical to above. This is not how actual service of process works. Servers do not tip-off those to be served. They don't phone first, since defendants avoid service when they know a lawsuit has been filed a***nst them. I worked for a litigation attorney for more than 15 years, and the only time a server phones ahead is when serving suit on a corporate en***y.

Just received this number stating that I will be serving you at your place of employment on May 12th I called three times spoke to someone twice they were extremely rude did not give me any kind of information what kind of scam is this what are they trying to achieve I need to make sure that my name is protected

Called indicated that they needed to deliver a summons to appear in a court case where the recipient was being sued. Said they would delay the case for an hour, or the recipient would be served with a failure to appear. When I attempted to ask a question the caller ***g up.

This number called every family member I have to let them know I would be served with a summons. I called the local sheriffs office and the clerk of court. They have nothing. This is a scam! **** up on them if they call you.

Called me and said my husband was due in court today. She would give a 1 hour extension if he called back right away. Had a feeling it was a scam when she called me, why wouldn't she call him. She was super rude and b*#!%^y.

They first called my mother about a lawsuit from a privated number and when I asked who she was being sued by, they didn't have that information but the law firm would. So I took the number down and searched it here and it confirmed my su****ions of spam.
