This number sends text messages stating that you may qualify for a federal grant for poverty reduction. They want a substantial fee to receive it if you qualify. I can't determine if it's a scam or not. A friend of mine said he paid $350 and got $15,000 that he doesn't have to pay back. So I may risk $350 to see if it is actually legit.
