I received a call from this number. The caller identified himself as Andrew from HEI, an independent energy group. He stated that he is looking for investors in oil mining. He asked, a**** other things, whether I could afford a $65,000 investment and whether I have enough income where a $65,000 tax deduction would be useful. I am on the do not call list; I did not ask from where he obtained my information.
