They said they were calling from Con Edison, that I was eleigible for reduced rates. They give you a choice to opt out or not, I was curious so I opted in and was placed on hold. When it was too long I ***g up, or so I thought. It was impossible to disconnect the call, no matter what. I had to unplug the phone to get it back to normal. While on hold I was reading my Con Ed bill and they made mention of scammers which is what this is. Just **** up, and hope it disconnects.
