I think what it will take to get rid of him is for somebody in New York that he is harrassing to report him to the Bronx Police Department and the local phone company at the address on Beck Street. I don't know how he affords the phone bill he must be running up, as the information I have says he owns a landline phone, but his carrier is Verizon New York, Inc. If he has unlimited long distance calls, as Verizon can provide to their customers, he could be calling people in foreign countries for all we know. But if somebody knows how to find the Bronx office for Verizon and goes to the office manager to report him, Verizon will probably threaten him with terminating his service.
