I got a two calls yes****ay which were prerecorded messages asking me to vote for Phil Goldfeber for NYS****embly. Today, I got one call with that message, and then an additional seven calls which just rang and then silence on the line. I tracked down Phil Goldfeber. His district is Queens, NY. I'm in Buffalo (opposite end of the state). His office manager said they'd been receiving complaints but no one before me had the number show up on caller id. I don't know if this is someone trying to hurt the Democrats or simply a computer error.

Update to my most recent comment. They actually called me when I was typing my first comment. I answered the number a***n - this time they said*****o. She claimed to be calling on behalf of the politician Mark Polancarz. I informed her that I had reported the number and that due to the rudeness and excessive phone calling and that Mr. Polancarz has completely lost my vote because of it. I told her that under no cir***stances is she to contact my household a***n. The woman, whose name is Ann, remained silent through my s***ch and I ended the call. Cheers!

My landline has received 6 calls from 716-250-7491 in the past 2 days (10/25/11-10/26/11). We have answered it and there is no one there. They **** up when you say*****o. I called the number from another phone and I get a busy signal each time. Not sure who they are but the calls are becoming annoying. The information that I received from GURU is that they are located in Willamsville, NY ad that this number is considered a landline.

I know these calls are very annoying, I've gotten several. I called the Poloncarz campaign and they seem pretty destraught over this and I believe them when they say they have no idea where these calls are coming from. I have a feeling these calls might be initiated by the Collins campaign to try to suppress voter turnout. Don't let them win by not voting...that just ensures they'll keep doing it every election--because it works.

I have been getting a million calls from this number this week. I called the Mark Poloncarz campaign office and they explained that it is not coming from them. It might be a smear campaign from Chris Collins or a someone else who is trying to annoy Democratic voters. If you are a good Democrat, you will not be deterred! Mark still has my vote despite these silly robo calls!

Believe this is a local pollster making calls for a republican client. Very similar to push polls which have been used a***nst local candidates to make them look bad. I was called three times. First 2 no answer. 3rd- a strange political call which seemed to be getting me not to vote for the candidate they say they are calling for. Person acted annoying and would not **** up.
