My Dad got this call on 12/03/2022 - said it was Publisher's Clearing House and he'd one $3.7 million + a new Mercedes Benz + $7,000/bi-weekly payments for life. Didn't want any info - told him to go open a small account for the bi-weekly deposits and would call the following week to get that info for the deposits. Of course, ultimately asked for the SSN. My Dad will be 86 next month - he may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night so he refused to give out the SSN.
