I called PayPal & they fixed my account & the hacker didn't make any charges. As others said, the name that comes up w/ that address is Becky Jones & there's another phone number listed also, but I didn't call.

Also added a bank card so they could attempt to collect money. PayPal fixed the issues and closed the fraudulent account over the phone. Photos of the info including the card number added are reported to authorities.
