Caller knew my name address and phone number. Claimed they were calling to advise me that I would be served with a summons within the next hour. Wanted me to write down a bunch of information but I didn’t have pen and paper handy so refused. They told me they didn’t want me to miss an important court date. I said that info would be included in the summons, right? No real answer. This was 5 hours ago so I’m guessing this was some kind of a s**** call. But when I recalled the number, a recording stated I had reached the legal department and my number was matched to (my name) and I should press 1 to verify or 2 to decline and remove, which is what I did. I still have not received a summons or another call.
