These people are very unprofessional.   They have called my job even after I asked them to stop.  I told them that I would pay my pay day loan but I wasn't going to give them my bank information.  The woman I spoke with threatened to call Harris County (officers) and threatend me with jail time.  she then told me that she would run a background check, get my bank info and then go into my account to see how much I have in my account.  How crazy is that?  I told her that she knows that's illegal and I ***g up on her.  She then called my job a***n and asked for my supervisor.  I'm s****ing to believe they are scammers as well.

How do you get these people TO STOP CALLING????!!!! I have been threatend, ***g up on, lied to, and belittled LONG ENOUGH!!!! I called an attorney who verified that this is a horrible debt collection company. The threat of going to jail she verified is a hoax...they cant do it!!!!! Dont give them any of your personal information. If you dont have anything in writing from them, there's nothing they can do! But the calls are s****ing to REALLY irritate me! They are now calling my job, home, and cell. How do you get them to STOP????????????

I agree with you all. These folk are very unprofessional. They are scary too...threats of jail. My understanding is they are a collection agency and they refuse to give you information when asked. Poor customer service s****s. I have spoken to the same folks their names sound familiar. I actually did make arrg with them and got a address to send money gram( i refused to give them my account information) The only reason I believe they were a collection agency is because they had the company I owed a payday loan to. And this loan was recent. I could not locate the company by phone or email so when they provided me with the loan info without me telling them...I knew they are no law firm just pushing up on folk. I have done some extensive research on the IP addresses, phone numbers, PO Box address, etc.  The PO Box address belongs to a woman in Mexia, Texas.  The IP addresses are out of California and New York, and the website is a fake. If you go to 'First Integral Recovery Services, LLC it will come up "under construction".  According to Texas law, a collection company from there can only collect from the state of Texas.  The phone number search brought me here.  Checking with the BBB, they have had over 30 complaints on this 'so called' company and have sent numerous letters to them, only to have them returned.  Anyone getting calls from this place should not give any information.  With all the sites I've been to, and the research I've done, it's all a scam.  If you have gotten a loan on line, call that LOCAL company and get it in writing if you do or don't owe them any money.  Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.  Then I would suggest contacting your local police department or FBI.  This scam has contacted people several years after a so called 'deliquent' account.  No company waits years before turning thing over to a collection agency or garnishing wages.  You need to outsmart the scammers.

i recieved a call from that number  at my job  the caller said i have to pay over 2 thousand dollars for payday loans i asked him how do i know who u are and i said who has 2 thousand dollars laying around then he asked how long have u been at your job u don't have a 401 k plan i told him that ain't your business then he got angry and said u have 72 hours or u will be going to jail for theft by check internet fraud, and for writing hot checks and u will be going to jail if u don't take care of this matter by Fri 26th by 11:30am said don't have any money is there someone u can borrow it from he stated. i ***g u and then called the number back that showed u on the caller id some lady asnswered i asked for the adress she refused to give it to me and then ***g up so icalled backed she was very rude so i asked for the guy(keith) that had called me and asked for the adress it was like pulling teeth to get the address guest what i got it i was as deteremined has he was.said he was from first irs law firm from what i have read it is a debt collector stay tune does anyone have any information to help me .

The next time they call,  Tell them that this phone call is now being traced by the FBI.  See if the phone calls keep coming in after that is said to them.

I also keep getting this same number calling me saying that they are the IRS: they keep leaving me thsi automated voice mail saying for me to call them back...they're s****ing to freak me out...but i as i found out from everyone...they're a bunch of SCAMMERS...

1st IRS Legal Dept.  I've been receiving these calls most every day for months.  This is obviously a low-level scam operation.  I've reported them to the MA Attorney General's Office but don't expect them to follow up.  I just want these annoying calls to go away.  These people have to be a**** the world's worst and dumbest scammers!  I'd be surprised if they have made a penny!

These ppl are fraud, I've now gotten my attorney involved as well as the irs. The Irs said they are not affiliated with these ppl infact they don't even know who they are. If your getting these same calls , report it to the Irs @ 1800 366 4484!

I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from a Ms Lavon. She said that is going to notify the DA's office where I live and have me arrested. She refused to give me any information on what bill they were trying to collect, even after I told them I had filed bankruptcy.  I tried giving her my case # and my attorney's name, but she didn't want it. What she wanted to know was "how could I afford a Lawyer when I can't pay my bills." I notified my lawyer, she said they are not lawyers because they are the ones breaking the law. They have continued to call me. My lawyer is now involved.

Do not give these people any info, they're scammers! They've called for my husband, saying they're with "1st IRS Legal Department" & are going to put a levy on his income tax for $ owed on a payday loan. I called the IRS & they have no such company & said levies can only be placed if you owe taxes and don't pay, but they'd contact you by mail & in person, not by phone. State patrol told my husband they sounded like scammers too. We had a Ms. LaVon. Know our info. but won't give any of theirs...kept putting us on hold, & when I called Ms. LaVon's extension it took 3 tries before they could find her. They're very unprofessional, make threats, & ***g up on me when I told them not to call anymore & that we'd reported them to the IRS & our police dept. So do not give them any info! Report it! They just called my office regarding my husband and would not answer any questions I had.  Kept backtracking and ***g up on me when I told them they weren't a law office and I was going to contact the Attorney General's Office.

they have called me three times threatening to pursue legal action a***nst even afteri told them to call my debt consolidation company. now they just kinda sound desperate.

They keep calling for my hubby.  They can't give me straight answers as to who they are and what the name of their company/affiliation is.  What lawyer they work for and many questions I had for them were not answered by themThey're up to so****ing.  I'll do my research as I think they're just a bill collector and not a law firm.  Law firms don't call you on past due bills and such.  They send out affidavits and subpoenas. They say they're located in Houston, Texas and they work for LaVon and****ociates but, I think that's not true.  I'll keep sear****g and put a tap on my phone for future incoming calls.

some man called and said "hi jaimie, my name is mr randall, im calling in regards to johnny boone who listed you as a reference. if you could please have him call me at 713 777 2501 ext 243 in regards to the inncident thank you". They didnt leave a last name, and when called wanted all kinds of information and yet couldnt provide any. the kicker of it, the man thought he ***g up when he left the voicemail and you can hear the music in the background!!! SCAM!! their fishing for information dont give it to them!

These people called saying that they are an attorneys office, but they are not! I called the number back and the first person answered "Law Office" and I ask what is the name of the Law Office, and the person transferred me to someone else that said the name is "First IRS". Sounds like a scam.

Someone calls me from this number claiming he is from a law firm and wants to discuss payment arrangements for debt I supposedly owe.........SUPPOSEDLY!!!!
