These people from"Better Home Products" have been calling me for years. They sell light bulbs, cleaning supplies, and "stuff". They tell me that they are disabled vets - one told be that he had been in the hospital and almost died and was trying to support his family and his wife was also sick and unable to work - sad, sad, story after sad, sad story. and yes I fell for it and bought products (lousy products) from them for years. Then I stopped for several years and now they have s****ed calling me back even through I have told them I'm not interested in their products - and yes, I'm also on the "DO NOT CALL" list but apparently they consider themselves a "charity".

Just received a call from this number. He said he was from Better Home Products and that my husband, (used husband's first name) had told them to call me about some Christmas ornaments. He went on to describe the keepsake box they would come in. Didn't need a credit card number at this time. When I asked when my husband told them to call, he said he didn't know, only that he was told to call me. I told him my husband didn't tell me about it and I wasn't interested. Thanked him for the call and ***g up. I asked my husband and he never told anyone to call me. They must have gotten his first name from the phone number.
