I don't think that is a collection agency, because I owe nothing to any medical facility. I just got a call from them with blank voice mail. Do you think they are smart people, if they never leave a VM? I blocked their phone number and it is the best decision (if they have any question - send me a letter by mail and my attorney will take care about).
