has tried to call my phone and from prvs comments i see its a scam.

Called and left no message. Spammer.

Called my Mother's house and told them to have me call Paula at SynCom for so****ing that pertained to my Ex-wife. I haven't lived with  my mother in over 25 yrs. and I've been divorced for 13 yrs.

I s****ed receiving calls at work from some guy named Steve with Syncom.  Firt off, I don't have any debt nor has anyone sent me to a collection agency.  I finally got on the phone with him and he s****s off the conversation by asking me "did you send us that check?, I said "what check?". He said "the money you owe us."  I said" I don;t owe anyone any money, then he tried to guess my last name 3 different times and never got it right.  This is a SCAM.  Don't give any personal information.  This is all fraud!!!  They will not stop calling your work.   One thing we did here at my work is to tell them you know how to reach that person and give them the local number to the police department.

THERE WAS NO ESTATE OR TRUSTEE.  THEIR HOUSE WAS FORCLOSED ON THEN MY ***HER DIED.  THERE WAS NO MONEY IN HIS ESTATE TO PAY THE $5000 FOR THE CADILLAC.  THANKS.  I'LL CHECK INTO WHETHER SHE SIGNED SO****ING.

Unless your mother signed the loan/lease agreement for the Cadillac, SHE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY.  You ***her's estate would be responsible for the $5000.  Have whomever was the trustee of your ***her's estate contact them, or have a lawyer point out the above to them.If they can't produce a do***ent signed by your mother that she was a party to the debt, she isn't responsible for it.

MY ***HER HAD HIS CADILLAC REPO.  IT WAS SOLD FOR 5,000 LESS THAN WAS OWED ON IT.  HE HAS SINCE PASSED AWAY.  NOW THEY ARE CALLING MY MOM TO GET PAYMENT.  SHE LIVES ON SOCIAL SECURITY, WHICH CAN'T BE GARNISHED.  THEY ARE VERY PUSHY AND RUDE.  WHY DON'T THEY GO DIG UP MY DAD AND SEE IF THEY CAN GET THE MONEY FROM HIM AND LEAVE MY MOM ALONE.  SHE OWNS NO HOUSE, NO CAR AND IS UNABLE TO WORK DUE TO HER HEALTH.

Ignorance is shown by the people posting demeaning comments about those that do not appreciate the rude temper of debt collectors. Everyone has a different sitatuion (wether good or bad) for why they are not able to meet their financial obligation.

It's not a scare tatic....it's your fault that you did not read the contract that your simple mind signed....you can all really bad mouth syncom, but in the end your going to end up paying anyway, and calling syncom back begging for payment arrangments when you get a letter from an attornies office...so just pay your bills instead of crying about them...do so****ing about it, instead of crying about it.

Always calling, "important business matter", they are *****iz and make their money by those who fall for their scare tactics. They buy debts, and get what they can. The people that take these jobs have a miserable existence, just day after day of calling deadbeats - what a **** job. Get the book To Pay Or Not To Pay, and find out how far they can and can't go. Don't ever talk to them.

I got a call from this number on a Sunday morning.  They didn't leave a message, but it sounds like they have a wrong number.

just because the judge ordered the ex wife to pay doesnt matter....due to the contract we dont have to abide by the divorce decree...thts between your son and his ex. he is who we have the contract with! READ YOUR LAWS PPL!

This number calls and won't leave a message. Not sure what the want but after reading others comments am sure I don't want to talk to them.

Debt collector keep calling harassing me

Continuing to call the wrong person and violating a legal agreement to cease & desist.I'm almost happy Capital One has s****ed calling my # a***n (for someone else, I've NEVER had a Capital One card & never wil after their harassment of last year)..  They were such ******s I had to get an attorney to send them a cease & desist letter .  I've got a legal agreement from May saying they'd never call me a***n and acknowledging that they were harrassing a totally unrelated person.The first time, I settled for an acknowledgement of their wrong doing & a promise to never call. I'm not a greedy person.  But now I will take their money gladly.

I'm almost happy Capital One has s****ed calling my # a***n (for SOMEONE ELSE, I've NEVER had a Capital One card & never wil after their harassment of last year)..  They were such ******s I had to get an attorney to send them a cease & desist letter .  I've got a legal agreement from May saying they'd never call me a***n and acknowledging that they were harrassing a totally unrelated person.The first time, I settled for an acknowledgement of their wrong doing & a promise to never call. I'm not a greedy person.  But now I will take their money gladly to teach them a lessen.This guy violated a couple of  the laws about collection agencies too, the first being that he did NOT identify himself as calling from Capital One.

These calls are not even for us, they are "you may know this other person we are trying to reach...if so, give him a message."  We don't need that type of call in our lives!

Syncom (sp?).  They keep calling me at work...trying to reach...my ex-wife.  I keep missing the calls but some creepy guy named 'Roy Jones' keeps leaving voicemails that it is "her best interest to call him".  I refuse to waste my time and call the freak back.  However, I am anti****ting the one time he does call when I am at my desk and I can kindly inform him that I am not who he is tring to reach, she is my ex (and has been for 4+ years) and that "my employer prohibits calls like this and to never ever call me at work a***n..."  Thank you FTC

They keep calling for my son who is in Iraq.  They are trying to collect on a car that was repossessed.  The car was in my son's name, however, the District Court Judge ordered his ex-wife to take over financial responsibility for this vehicle.  She didn't and it was repossessed.  They are going after my son because he has a job.  He was in Korea at the time his ex bought the car, never drove it or set foot in it.

Syncom calls every day trying to reach someone who is not known here. Phone number is correctly listed in local phone directory.

This company called to verify employment on one of our****ociates.  They gave me the wrong social security number but the correct name of the****ociate.  I wouldn't verify with the incorrect social security number. I asked what company was she calling from and she was hesitant to answer, then finally stated where. I explained that I didn't have anyone employed here by that social.

If you pay on the debt or not these people will still call four or five times everyday.

Synergetic Corporation calls & leaves messages. If I am not the person this message is intended for, I have 3 seconds to leave the room and then they leave the threatening message.  where do they find these *****s? They all sound like real idiots. Smart too! Keep calling a person's job, when they lose it, you'll NEVER get paid.

Paula Rammey from Synergetic Corporation 1-800-******15 calling to collect on a mobile home repo.  Very rude. Leaves messages that my attorney LOVES!!! Will see what happens when go to court.  Better c****e the at***ude, threat tactics!  It will cost you!

I have received numerous calls from these people. They call my cel phone and now call me at work. They have been told that I am not allowed personal non emergency calls at work and still don't stop. I am not even sure what this is for though I am sure it is a collection of sometype they won't tell me who it is on behalf of and when I asked for information in writing they said that there policy is that it has to be communication by phone and won't give me any information. It is  not unusual for them to call 5 or 6 times in a row to my phone or place of work for several days in a row. I thought when an employer says that a employee can't receive personal calls at work as policy that they couldn't harass them at work any longer and put that person's job in jeopardy. Then the call and threaten at my desk if I don't talk to them at work they will call HR. I don't know that I have ever received anything from this company in the mail regarding whatever they are calling for and they won't send it or give any information. Usually a call says "we are calling on behalf of a debt owed to" these people just call and s**** threatening and demanding money as soon as possible. Non of them are ever nice and it is always Mr. or Mrs. Someone yet they call me by my first name like I am their best friend.

This company is calling me to collect a debt that was charged off so long ago that it only has minimal effect on my credit at this point, which gives me very little incentive to settle the debt for even pennies on the dollar.  They are truly desperate to collect this debt and are rude because they have nothing to ***n by being nice.  The fact is the older the debt (Three years in my case), the harder it is to collect and they know that.  F*** them!

The woman calling once a week is hard to understand. one day I called them and she told me she didn't like my at***ude and I needed to **** up and call back with a better one. sHE called me back and told me I needed a life. She needs to be sued by someone. I have not a clue why they want to talk to my lawyer

maybe if you would of paid your bill, or made a payment plan, then you wouldn't recieve calls.

This company called my brother said they were "a government agency" and it was urgent that they contact me immediately--by the way did he happen to know my phone number?  When questioned "Which government agency are you?" the answer was "We can't tell you that." Or else they would have to **** him I suppose.  They have called my house 4 times this morning already-- all this for a debt that was charged off years ago and no longer valid.  The depths this company will stoop to is limited only by the imagination.  Some of their actions are probably illegal but yhey count on you not be willing to go into the cost and effort of suing them.

This company has nothing to do with "Communications".  They purchase zombie debt and harrass you to pay. "Mrs. Oldfield" called at 8:45 AM on a Sa****ay morning to tell me to call her regarding "some papers on her desk".

WARNING TO ANYONE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY (SYNCOM) !!!!!This company is a debt collection agency that engages in illegally harrassing the people they are calling.My husband owed money on a debt from long ago. We were compliant with these people and told the company to take us to court. Not only did they call two of my neighbors, trying to get personal information about my husband from one of them, they were also abusive and discriminatory towards him with comments that were made by one of their****ociates to my husband. (He's from another country, and the woman had told him to go back to where he was from) It was not until I threatened to call the Attorney General's office ( which I did ) that they stopped. They use illegal scare tactics to try to intimidate you!

Call and told my wife to have me or my attorney call them by 5 pm Monday.  My wife said the woman was rude.  I have nothing in collection and do not know why they would be calling me.
