as everyone else has stated. it says your gas is about to be cut off in 30/40 minutes, to avoid service interruption dial 1 on your keypad to speak with a rep. had me going. was getting my checking account info then was informed I needed to do an express pay using Zelle. seems highly unlikely CenterPoint would operate that way. I told him this didn't seem right, I was calling CenterPoint directly.

I answered and the Robot said my power would be cut off in 45 minutes and to press 1 on the keyboard to be connect to a Center Point Representative. I immediately ***g up.
