you got a bill for calling the dial in number 712-432-3900, looks like you have called that number & incured the long distance call charge applicable to be paid to your phone carrier as you phone carrier company is the one who bills you not the "Free Conference call" bridge provides who just provides you a bridge system to use for free using which you can hold a conference call with about 250 callers.If you have not called 712-432-3900 & received a bill from your carrier you have to contact your phone carrier or complain to FCC for the sameCheers!!!
