Though Number Guru gave a name and location for this number, when I called the number back I received a recording saying "this number is no longer in service". Thus some caller is using this disconnected number to gather information or do so****ing or another when they call you and you answer. I would suggest you just let this number ring or block it, your choice, because you aren't going to get the chance to talk to anyone.
