SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Recorded msg. said to press 1 to speak with a rep. to lower my credit card rate. There was no option to be removed from the calling list. When the live person answered with a question, not even identifying herself, I immediately asked, "Which credit card company am I speaking with?" At that point I was immediately disconnected.

Recorded call - I pressed 1 to get a live person. I asked to be removed - person explained there is no "remove" list - my number was given to them by my credit card companies who say I'm eligible to lower my interest rates. She said there was no way to know how many times I'd been previously called - and they will continue to call. She recommended I get in touch with my credit card companies. LOL! CRAZY! They called twice today. Twice yes****ay...and a few times last week. Hope this eventually stops!!!!! Soo aggravating!

This will never stop. I've been getting these calls from "Rachel at Card Holder Services" for nearly 5 years. The number comes up different every time. A while back they were using; 000-000-0000 that came up on caller ID. I've even called several state's Attorney General's offices to file a complaint, with no luck. I've been told they are generated from Africa???

This was a phishing attempt that offered a 6.99% interest rate on my credit card, only problem was that they could not tell me which credit card company they were with. The lady on the line ***g up when I asked her specifically which credit card company she was from. This was a blatant attempt to obtain my credit card #.
