Said I had applied for a raffle about 7 months ago (which is very possible). They were doing a second chance drawing and the “had news” for me. This isn’t a stretch as I have one 3 legitimate gifts in the past few years. But when I call back it just says the person at this extension is on a phone call. That is what seems odd. No answer and no call back. Fingers crossed.
