I had been receiving harassing phone calls from 707-506-6790. It is a man who speaks with a very heavy accent asking for a person by the name of Randy. I told him that he had the wrong number. He then s****ed cursing and calling me names. He accused me of lying because he though I was who he wanted to speak to. He told me that I have 3 days to wire him money on a default loan in my name or he would be sued. I researched the number and it came back as a scam. This went on for months until it completely stopped for the past two months. Today I received a voicemail message from the number 321-338-6234. It was the same guy with the heavy accent, John King. He said "Randy" had been approved for a loan of $55k and to please call him back at the same number ending in 6234. Its a complete scam that has been going on for awhile ... He just c****ed his number. Beware!

I am the supervisor of an employee who got a call from this fraudulent service. The man on the phone had an Asian accept "supposedly John Daniels" 707-506-6790 and he was so horribly rude to me that I knew so****ing was off. They are picking on vulnerable college students, scaring them to ***** with threats of a Dept of Legal Affairds & Investigations... I'm glad I intercepted them and found out about the compliants online. DO NOT DEAL with these ****S.

I have received countless calls from this number. They leave voicemails stating that they are w***ver and that this is extremely time sensitive, for myself or an attorney to call them back. I wonder what they would do if an attorney actually did contact them? I called them back and told them I knew they were scammers and not to call me back. The guy said ok and ***g up on me. Why can't the government do so****ing about this?

this is a scam,he has called my job and my cell several times for days now.Keeps telling me that I will be arrested at my job tomorrow he can't tell me why he is looking for me or what the company's name is.I calle dmy attonery and they were cussed out for calling.Just because someone files Ch. 13 their records shouldn't become pubilc it leads to calls like this.JUST PLAIN ********!!!

I was called from this number from my boyfriend. Not even myself. and the Indian guy left a message saying his name was Micheal Carter and that this case was every time sensitive and that if he didnt hear from me or my attorney of records that all he would do was "wish me luck as the situation unfolded on me". So when I called him back he asked for a case number that of course I didnt have (my boyfriend either). So he took my phone number. He then told me that my boyfriend would be arrested at work tomorrow and would serve 6 months in jail if he didnt pay the money back. So I ***g up. When my boyfriend called he wouldnt tell the website the loan came from how much the original loan was or how much was owed. All he did was ask how much could he pay to keep this from happening. my boyfriend called the bank and nothing came in out of the normal on his account. Complete B.S SCAM SCAM SCAM

******SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS******* I constantly receive calls for our employees, bill collectors and scammers like this one, who called today as Alex Watson (Obviusly an Indian native person 'cause of the huge accent) I have never heard of any Indians with caucasian names to begin with, it would be more real if his name was muhammed or some other sort. Secondly, they must be deaf cause I have to repeat myself multiple times to get my point accross, No means No, this is a multi-national SCAM... I have gotten in to huge arguements with these people, they call up to 50 times a day and for different employees, is just ridiculous. It has gotten to the point I have to inform them that I have reported them to the FBI in order for them to stop harrasing people, which seems to work every time. Why is the government not putting a stop to this harassment?? Why can't they just track these calls and put an end to it?? FYI: Never send them any money!! You have rights and just like they have a right to call you, you have a right to not pay them a cent.
