They call repeatedly, without leaving a voicemail. Finally one day they leave 1.23 long voicemail of elevator music and saying I’m the first caller in line. I’m not interested in answering the phone or calling back until I know who is calling in the first place. - blocked -

Well these people called and never leave a message. I have no interest in calling back until I know who they are and what they want.

Auto message...says wait for next available agent. Really??? No!

These people are ****s and are not professional.

this number has repeatedly called- i have pushed 9 to speak to a rep- elevator music then they **** up. so i called back and got ***g up on. at this point i was ****ed! so i called a***n and spoke to the manager named anna. this little obnoxious uptight bi@#$% would not let me speak and told me to be quiet while she spoke. really? u think this is how u get money from people? so i called a third time saying that i had a certified cashiers check and i needed a physical address to have it hand delivered with conformation.they would not give me the address. sound like a scam yet?so i got hold of the hospital where the bill came from and it belongs to someone else.... do u think they give a shi#. they want money even if it's not u're bill. like that's gonna happen. so this has been handed over to our lawyer and he's gonna take care of it. because they don't really want me to take care of it. i don't belittle people on the phone and scream and yell at them to try extort money. i handle my bussiness. anybody can be big and tough on the phone.... i will pay for u're whole ***#$ing company to fly over here to my house and we can "talk" face to face, one at a time. u don't want to **** off a go$%amm REDHEAD. i am fire for a reason bit$%^es.

These people called and left me one message everyday of the week except Sunday which I ignored for months. I finally called back and was surprised at how well I was treated. They worked with my budget and now the calls have stopped. They even put me on auto pay so I didn’t have to remember to mail my $. I wouldn’t have ignored them for so long if I knew they were going to treat me like a  human and with respect unlike other collection agencies. The agent I talked to "Bob" was great and very respectful. I would like all the other collectors and agencies out there to try this ****od of collecting. so ya, i just had some fun with these *******s at their own game. way too funny... hee hee heei called them and told them that they owe me money, they asked what my account number was. i told them to shutup and that i want my money now!!!!! or i'm gonna ***** up their credit and mess their lives up.and then i gave them their account number 1 800 **** my a**!!!!!!!don't be a victim. play them at their own game. they have nothing to stand on so what are they gonna do? really. notice that i'm not scared to put my full name on display here. bring it u silly ***her***%ers!!!!!

i get a call talk to guy name dan in legal say he gonna sue me and wont accept no payment plans. want my account number . is this legal can hew sue me i am willing to pay $20.00 a month i owe hospital 2,600 but i dont have money like that to pay only on payment

These people called me and were very professional. Maybe you get what you give. I was pleasant and so were they. I made 6 monthly payments without any issues, nasty comments or people ****ing up on me. As a business owner, I would use their services myself.

if somebody calls you and tells you to press so****ing, it's a scam...by pressing any ****ons when a "company" calls you, they can immediately get all of your information, the only time you should ever press anything when on the phone is if you call them

This company calls all the time, even Sa****ay mornings, from three different numbers.  That's a game too.  They call my home, cell and cell866-729-2722415-573-0745707-***-2010I'm leary of them also, very nasty, unprofessional staff.  I've stopped answering their calls.

I had some unexpected medical bills and the collector was very compassionate and helped me resolve my account balance to avoid having a negative impact on my credit.
